The submitted papers must clearly state: the problem being solved, engineering or computational advances to the state-of-the-art, new results obtained, and their significance. The authors are instructed to adhere to the following guidelines strictly.

  • Review papers, research papers, and short communication papers are welcome and must be submitted through the submission system.
  • The papers must be written in English only.
  • The authors must supply source files in .docx format only.
  • The papers must have minimum 4 pages in length and the minimum words must be 2500.
  • The article must contain timely, accurate and relevant references. Ensure that a set of references doesn’t excessively point to the same author(s) or the same publication with the intention to artificially increase the citation of certain authors.
  • Preference will be given to the paper with international collaborators for E3S proceedings.
  • A maximum of 15 references per article is allowed, with only a maximum of 3 citations to proceedings articles.
  • The plagiarism must be less than 20% (including References).
  • AI score must be less than 20%.
  • After acceptance, the authors are instructed to prepare the paper in the template supplied by the organizer/publisher.
  • Authors can submit maximum 2 articles for E3S proceedings.
